Starting about 2:28 AM CDT on July 16th we have had intermittent problems with the web server. Thre have been five brief automatic restarts of the web server, culminating in a reboot of the server on 1:04 PM CDT on the 16th of July. Unfortunately, the web server did not start up at that reboot, so the web server returned to service at 1:22 PM CDT.
